Incident/ near miss videos
There are times when we shrugged off a near miss and never think a second Thinking and walk away.
This happens with everyone and most of the time when someone ignores safety warnings at work place
a near-miss happens and it goes unreported. But we all know that these near-misses can result an
accident on some unfortunate day. The difference between an accident and an near miss is just a matter
of a second or an inch.
No One know the occurrence of next serious injury.
One survey shows that of every 330 incidents of the same nature, 300 will produce no injury, 29 will do
minor injuries and one will cause a major injury (It’s obvious, that these figures will vary with how the
task is being done). The main concern is no one knows when will the major injury will occur.

We must take near-misses as a warning sign and look for the causes so that we’ll prevent injury or

it happens. The sole purpose of the video is to give your employee the ability to analyse the incident
with detailed 3D animation, to determine how to prevent reoccurrence.
Our Approach
We’ll work with the photographs and incident report, our in-house safety expert and graphic designers
will collaborate to create a 3 min video and summarizes the incident key learning points. This includes:
- Depictions of events leading to the accident.
- Portraying the accident as it occurred.
- Effect and aftermath of the accident.
- Describing the appropriate Corrective and Preventive measures taken afterwards.
